GENERAL QUESTIONS
General Early BIRD Discount Rate: $275.00 for months of March - May ONLY!
General Registration (After May): Adults (19 and older) and Teens (12 - 18) are $300.00 and Teen Chaperones are $200.00.
Group Discount: These rates are only for groups of 10 or more that register at the same time and cannot be a combination of groups. For group registration please contact Carol Picou at pciou551@icloud.com.(mailto:pciou551@icloud.com)
Hotel: The conference hotel is the Hampton Inn at JFK. The hotel deadline is June 19, 2026, to get the $259 rate. Unless you have a confirmation number when booking your room at the hotel, you will not receive the conference rate of $259 per night, not including tax. To get the discounted rate, a hotel code will be provided after you register. Nonrefundable deposit: $50 will be taken once the reservation is made.
Airport Transportation: The hotel will provide free shuttle service from JFK to Hampton Inn. The Greater Allen Cathedral will provide transportation from the hotel to the church.
Conference Transportation: Conference transportation is provided from Wednesday, July 22– Sunday, July 26th.
Yes, you will need additional money to pay for any meals not covered during the conference. We do not offer meals on travel days (Wednesday, Saturday evening or Sunday) although food can be purchased in or near the Cathedral.
There will be vendors (marketplace ministers) at the conference selling garments, CDs, DVDs, books, flags, banners, etc. for purchase. There will be opportunities to give offerings during the evening services.
Finally, travel is provided on a set schedule to and from the hotel to the Cathedral in the morning and evening. However, you will need to provide your own transportation for shopping or traveling outside of the set schedule.
All meals are NOT covered by the registration fee since participants arrive to and depart from the conference at various times. It would not be an equitable rate if every registrant could not benefit from the meal services. So, the following meals were excluded from the plan: lunch and dinner on Wednesday, dinner on Saturday, breakfast, and lunch on Sunday. We suggest an estimate of $20 for dinner each night and $10 for breakfast and lunch (including gratuity). Remember, you can have free breakfast every day at the host hotel, including Sunday, July 25th.
There are no refunds. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, we recommend that you find someone who can attend in your place and they can reimburse you.
Yes. Deadline for group rates is June 19, 2026. We are requesting that each group pay with one check for group rates. A $25.00 late fee will be added after June 19, 2026. For group registration please contact Carol Picou at pciou551@icloud.com.(mailto:pciou551@icloud.com)
Yes, the conference is open to teenagers (must be at least 12 years of age as of July 2026). While leadership will not check birth certificates, we expect all ministries will honor the age restrictions. All teens will need a chaperone to travel with them throughout the entire conference. If the group splits to take different classes, a chaperone must be with each group.
Chaperones are to pay a chaperone fee of $200.00 which will cover their meals and youth workshop attendance only. Although they will not dance, they will benefit from the teaching that targets their youth ministry. They are to escort the youth to each class, service, and scheduled meals. They are also to ensure appropriate guest etiquette while staying at the hotel and traveling from one location to the next (noise level in room and halls, pool activity, etc…)
Please click on the website tab entitled, Vendors for all necessary details. If you do not hear from someone within 15 days, please call the GAC Worship Conference hotline. 718.206.4600 EXT: 3403
Yes. We are asking all national and international conference participants to fly into John F. Kennedy Airport. Once you pick up your luggage you can call for the Hampton Inn LGA hotel shuttle. At check in, you will be greeted by a GAC Worship Conference host that will provide you with a hotel-to-church shuttle schedule for the week.
For daytime class wear, please bring leotards, tights, footwear and overlay garments that cover your temple (t-shirts, overlays, loose dance pants). For the evening, dress to impress Jesus. If you are traveling with a group, bring your banners and common garments. NLDN, EITI, TEN and all Network organizations, bring your common wear: overlays, Indian garments, t-shirts from previous years, and tie-dye overlays.
Participants are encouraged to bring personal hygiene items (travel-size recommended) such as deodorant, wipes and other hygiene essentials needed to freshen up throughout the day. Pack treats to eat if you like late night snacks, after service. And pack your bible, journal, and business cards so you can stay connected with worshippers you will spend five days with.
Pack sneakers and loose-fitting black pants for the evangelism day. The Conference t-shirt will be provided.
